The Role :

- The Engagement Manager (EM) will fuel the growth of the company by working with three sets of key stakeholders: client teams, internal engineering teams, and Soroco's senior leadership to deliver Scout projects and analysis that have high client impact.

- Scout is an enterprise application used to measure and improve productivity. It captures user interactions with applications and suggests opportunities for productivity enhancement. Scout allows you to see what goes on in your organization on an unparalleled scale, enabling you to make data-driven decisions on how to grow your business.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Customer success:

- Be the single point of contact for the client to drive the realization of the promised outcomes to the client

- Visit the client's business team (onsite) periodically and drive the kickoff and engagement design

- Share project status reports with the client. Work with the client team and Soroco team to ensure on-time delivery of Scout projects, communicate risks and delays effectively and drive resolution

- Drive adoption of the Scout licenses sold to derive maximum value to the client

Outcome focus:

- Understand the business requirement of the Scout project, types of process analysis required and work with the analytics team to deliver the insights.

- Work closely with the client's team to ensure that the outcome is in sync with the business objectives

Reusability and standardization:

- Find opportunities, internally and externally, to reduce time to deliver Scout outcomes to the client, and communicate effectively to the respective stakeholders

- Contribute to the Soroco case study library by working closely with the Scout team and Soroco marketing team

The Candidate

- The ideal Engagement Manager will be detail-oriented in nature, able to lead a team, and have a deep commitment to outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

- Approximately 4+ years in a client-facing functional consultant role

- Proven success managing complex projects on-time and on- or below-budget

- Ability to build strong, professional relationships with clients

- Ability to understand the client business and analytical requirements

- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively

- Inclination towards learning new technology

- Systematic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet

- Strong sense of empathy and emotional awareness

- Impeccable attention to detail

Bonus Skills:

- Experience with agile project management and enterprise-grade software development

- Ability to manage concurrent implementation projects, including schedules, status, and documentation of each

- Design sense and/or experience creating high-quality, publication-ready collateral

- Deep curiosity and analytical inclination

- Financial modeling skills
