Roles and Responsibilities

1. To create & maintain relationships with clients and be able to tailor make the product according to their specifications.

2. Executing Business plans devised by the management & contributing towards the growth of business revenue.

3. Build prospects from Scratch & onboard them to generate revenues from industries like FMCG, Consumer Durables, Pharma, Mobile Etc

4. Onboarded Enterprises on the platform for SaaS Solutions coupled with customized channel financing programs.

5. Giving regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing Business.

6. Responsible for revenue generation by capitalizing on strong relationships built with existing client accounts.

7. Own the entire growth cycle from Identifying, qualifying & and developing leads to negotiating and closing opportunities involving multiple stakeholders both internal & and external.

8. Research, map, develop, and nurture strong relationships at multiple levels within your accounts.

9. Be the voice of customers by updating product leaders on key gaps against client asks.

10. Monitor sales performance metrics.

11. Networking in the industry and keeping track of current trends, market position, and business environment.

12. Contribute to the overall achievement of the team's revenue and non-revenue targets.

13. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and forecasts.

14. Co-created multiple programs along with Enterprises and Financial Institutions to cater to specific channel partner requirements (Upstream and Downstream)

15. Co-Creation of products for launch at actyv.ai - Distributor Financing, Vendor Financing, Digital lending platform solutions.

Skilled Required

1. Proven work experience as a Strategic account manager or Key account manager in B2B sales for Fintech, Microfinance or FMCG.

2. Proven work experience in handling a certain quantum of sales quota and meeting targets consistently.

3. Ability to establish strong relationships and network effectively.

4. Experience in structuring large deals and successfully negotiating with senior leaders of an organization (CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads, L&D Managers, and Business Heads).

5. Preferably brings along existing business connections & customer relationships.

6. Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude

7. Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [google sheets, doc, slides, PowerPoint]
