Position: Manager - Brand Solutions

Purpose: Create and execute Brand Solutions propositions for new and existing clients, by liaising between the revenue team and creative teams

Education: MBA Marketing Experience: 4-6 years Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Area - The candidate will be responsible for generating innovative ideas for various brands active on the network. It also includes pitching creative ideas and designing campaigns for brand launches on the network. The candidate will also be responsible for designing and generating path-breaking ideas for non-fiction shows on Sony and Sony SAB. Researching brands that are active on the network and keeping abreast with market realities and news would also be a critical part of the candidate's responsibilities.

- Key Activities - Job includes liaising with sales teams, clients, media agencies, and various internal teams for ideating & executing brand integration ideas across the network. It also includes dealing with internal marketing, On-air promotions, and legal and post-production teams to execute various brand-related projects on the network. Creating excellent PowerPoint presentations for pitches to clients.

Critical Competencies:

- The incumbent should have excellent people skills, a key requirement for this position as the job entails dealing with different sets of people.

- Ready to handle deadline pressures as turnaround times are really short.

- Should have the yearning to learn more and have a keen sense of inquisitiveness
