(SPND) that distributes the networks television channels across different genres and languages through multiple content delivery platforms. SPN reaches out to over 700 million viewers in India and is available in 167 countries.  The network has been awarded the elite title of - Aon Best Employers India- in the 2017 edition in recognition of SPN's unique workplace culture and exceptional people practices.  Sony Pictures Networks India is in its 22nd year of operations in India.  Role Overview  Reporting to Vice President -OD, Learning, Talent Management& Total Rewards, the incumbent will be responsible fordriving the Organization Development and Learning agenda for the Network.   KeyResponsibilities  - Design and deployment of Senior Leadership Development Interventions   - Managing SPN- sCritical Talent Program - Engagement, Development and Retention of identified Critical Talent/ HiPots  - Design and roll-out of customized development and engagement programs for identified groups of talent  - Launch and roll-out of Innovative interventions designed around reinforcing SPN Values - e.g. Collaboration Roundtable   - Conceptualization and implementation of SPN's Succession Planning agenda  - Deployment of SPN's Learning Philosophythrough high impact programs/ interventions  - Design and roll-out of innovative learning interventions to fuel the organization's learning agenda  - Identification, analysis and prioritization ofLearning Needs from across the company, followed bydesign and roll-out of the Annual Learning Calendar  - Identificationof internal and external partners for design and delivery of OD & Learning programs  - Design and delivery of workshops/ interventions for identified needs and target groups, wherever applicable  Aside from the above core responsibilities, the incumbent will be expected to support other aspects of SPN's people philosophy and contribute to relevant strategic initiatives of the HR function. S/he must be a strong, effective team player.  Qualifications&Experience:  - Post Graduate with a specializationin Human Resources from a premier institute  - A minimum of 9years of solid HR experience with organizations of repute for HR practices, out of which at least 3 years should have been in an Organization Developmentlead role, either with an HR Consulting Firm or a well-known MNC   - Certification in MBTI, TTT, etc. preferred  - Exposure to robust HR processes  - Should have relevant connects in the External OD& Learning space  Skills & Abilities:  - The successful candidate must be bright, quick, articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills, who possesses independence of thought and opinion to provide candour and honesty to support and influence key decisions  - Strong understanding of Organization Development concepts, trends and models, with experience of execution of these models including communication and change management   - Ability to establish quality relationships, a strong communication link and credibility within the HR team and the business through the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and mutual respect. Must have a demonstrated track record of building functional credibility   - Ability to prioritize and cope with competing demands. Must possess a sense of urgency and excellent execution and project management skills  - Must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to see the big picture, visualize the future and develop and execute relevant functional strategies which add value to our business. Must be able to navigate ambiguity  - Must be able to get the job done by working collaboratively with others  - Must demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking; must bring a creative perspective to business problems applying functional expertise, business understanding and common sense  - Ability to stay connected with the external market with a view to bring best practices and Quality Management Initiatives into the company
