A Leading Diversified group is looking out for an Energy & IAQ Solutions Sales professional for their Energy & IAQ Business to manage and grow Air management business for the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain market.

JOB PURPOSE
Accountable to grow sales revenue across the selected key accounts in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain territory. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants for the company to become the preferred choice in HVAC industry for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain region
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for revenue target
- Sales lead generation
- Promote the company to industry experts as developers, architects, MEP consultants and contractors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision making process
- Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast
- Stay appraised and report on market developments
- Support debtor collections
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Internal : Sales, Industrial operations, Design and Product Development, Estimation, and Installation team.
External : Developers, consultants, architects, contractors, vendors.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- 7-115 yrs experience of which Minimum 5 years of sales leadership of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry
- Self-motivated and autonomous working
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
- Decisiveness when dealing with complexity and conflicting demands
- Tact, diplomacy and calmness when working under pressure
- Collaborative, creative and networking approach to reach business objectives
- Clear and influential communicator
- Data management expertise e.g., use of CRM systems
- Knowledge of HVAC market is preferred
- Fluent in English both in speech and writing. Speaking Arabic is a plus.
Education & Training:
- Degree in a business or engineering related subject desirable
- Professional sales training e.g. SPIN and Strategic Sell
