About the Client:

Our client is a global Industrial Coating Solutions with operations in more than 120 countries across the globe. The company is hiring for the profile of Solutions Manager, Gurgaon.

Job Description:

- Lead, analyse and configure the processes in SAP

- Work with business and different project teams to facilitate efficient & effective solutions to managers for SAP implementation.

- Analyse and identify business process gaps, develop solution alternatives and guide business and IT stakeholders to select the most effective solutions for the same

- Manage and coordinate the projects assigned through the complete project lifecycle with consultants when required

- Prepare functional specifications for development activities including interfaces, report, forms, and enhancements and also test and validate system configuration.

- Develop and execute unit testing, integration and regression testing

- Collaboration with stakeholders and IT Vendors

The Successful Applicant:

- Required 10+ years of experience in SAP Solution Managing with full project life cycle SAP implementations

- Data Mapping, Protocol Development, Testing, Production Support, End-User Training

- Extensive knowledge of SAP Solution

- Candidates with good knowledge of SAP Solution 7.1 or 7.2 Service Desk, Template Management, Defect Management

- ITSM, Change Request Management, Business Process Monitoring and Technical Monitoring, Workbench

- Experience of Implementing Solution Manager 7.2 and S4 HANA

- Vendor management

- Stakeholder management

- Strong Interpersonal Skills
