Principal Accountabilities:- - Work closely with sales, IT and operations to engineer solutions using the bank's corporate digital banking platforms. - Undertake detailed need analysis to understand clients pain points and business requirements. - Analyze the requirements and translate them into a customized solution - Responsible to get the test setup done for the client and ensuring full testing of the proposed solution. - Translate the final set of requirements into an implementation guide for operations to complete the setup without any errors. - Support in managing the change requests and projects related to productions setup. - Engage with PMO for projects and CRs for corporate digital banking - Engage with stakeholders to create business requirement specifications and follow through the implementation of changes system required from time to time - Requirement Discussion and Functional Specs review/Sign-off - Will be fully responsible to conduct and support UATs for the client setups as well as for production related projects and CRs - Collaborate with Support Team to define SOPs and Customer journey maps. - Conduct periodic training for sales and business teams to raise the awareness about digital banking capabilities. Job Skill Requirements:- - Bachelor in Computer Science with experience of 5-6 years as Business Analyst in Banking Domain or Financial Software sector - Knowledge of Payments & Collections solutions - Proficient in CJM, UI, UX and UCD - Good verbal and written communication skills - Analytical thinking and problem solving - Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy - Understanding of networks, databases and other technology - Understanding of Agile Framework
