Solutions Designer - Voice AI Platform

- We are looking for enthusiastic and talented Solutions Designers (Conversations Architect) to join our team, full-time in Mumbai.

- In this role you will work with our business success directors to engage potential customers, understanding their engagement strategy and their technology, and proposing Voice AI solutions that engage and activate their customers.

- To be successful you will work with our customers to identify use-cases, design conversations and implement and monitor campaigns. Strong communication and problem solving skills, pro-activity, tenacity and organization skills will help the you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities are to :

- Give presentations explaining the functional and technical aspects of products and how they relate to solving specific customer problems.

- Proactively assist customers to design voice conversations

- Speak and collaborate with customers to identify and provide timely and solutions when possible, to meet customer's business needs.

- Read everything, being meticulous and detail-oriented, and pasting a Smiley sign somewhere in your application

- Manage Client needs and interface with engineering for technical solutions in new client implementations.

REQUIREMENTS :

You have:

- Experience with Cloud, Telephony, User/ Customer Experience Design and Interaction Design are essential

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelors in Engineering preferred - but not necessary if you are the right fit.
