- Graduation / Post Graduation (Ex: BE/M. Tech or MBA in Sales and Marketing)
- 15 to 20 years (at least 8 to 10 years in pre-sales/solution architect)
- The potential candidate will be a Solution architect, with a strong technical knowledge of Cloud, Data Centers, Networks, Security, and Service Desk. The focus will be to grow the Managed services practice revenue for Mindtree
- Direct experience in working with clients on Solutions Architecting / Presales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of Infrastructure Management Services and the respective market
- Should have Presales Experience / Solutions Architecting Exposure
- Should understand typical delivery models such as Remote Services, Hybrid Services, a difference between Service Selling and People Selling (Staff Augmentation)
- Must understand leveraged sales function and provide requisite support to BDMs and AMs from specific Industry Groups (namely: BFSI: Banking and Financial Services, RCM: Retail, CPG and Manufacturing, TMS - Technology and Media Services, and TH: Travel and Hospitality)
- Travel: Ability to accommodate travel at approximately ~40%
