Solutions Architect - Data Security - Industrial Products Firm

- Support the Group Information Security team with development and implementation enterprise level Data protection framework

- Plan, drive and support data security initiatives as assigned across the region, helping and assisting business on data protection and risk reduction approaches and/or processes.

- Develop Data leakage prevention framework and establish technical Controls like Data Classification, Data Information Protection and Data Leakage prevention solution, Cloud Access Security Broker to protect Data for critical business assets

- Collaborate with business owners and technology teams to design and implement sound Data Security controls Data Governance, Data Classification, Information Protection, DLP services.

- Build secure architecture patterns and provide prescriptive guidance on how to secure the data while at rest, process and in transit

- Lead Business Impact Analysis and Data Governance exercise to identify Datasets and Crown Jewel and their impact on the Organization.

- Implement enterprise-level Data Security tools and systems like Data Classification, Information Rights management, Data Leakage Prevention, Encryption/Tokenization, and Data Discovery

- Understand the business processes and linked data flows, help the business to identify critical & sensitive data , help them to implement data classification (change management)

- Act as a primary contact for reviewing DLP policy violation alerts and working with Security, IT Eng, and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve..

- To produce and contribute to policies / standards / procedures / guidelines around data loss prevention and encryption.

- The DLP Data Security solution architect will be required to manage and engage with various DLP and Information Protection vendors in relation to product roadmaps, change/enhancement requests and product issues.

- The DLP Data Security solution architect must be able to manage technical, operational risk, and business-facing aspects of the service. They will display a well-developed ability to work with business divisions and functions to address data leakage threats and provide consultancy on effective data leakage prevention strategies.

- Other duties consist of management of DLP related regulatory and audit issues, self-identified issues, and remediation plans
