Job Summary:
As Solution Support Manager will provide technical support to qualify solution landing and process technical requests from customers and internal peer departments. You will also guide our partners in architecting solutions, presenting compelling recommendations, and convincing prospective customers to implement our industry-leading open-source solutions.
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Be responsible for the technical service for company products and solutions in India and lead the service team professionally.
- Support sales and solution consultants in the development and realization of technical solutions to meet customer requirements (e.g., PoC)
- To provide technical training and development for your team, ensuring that they always have comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the entire product portfolio
What you will bring:
- Education - Bachelor's degree or above with a major in telecom, computer science, electrical engineering, or related specialties
- Markets - 12+ years of Industry experience in switching routing, security, and wireless. The candidate should have OEM experience and should have managed a team size of more than 5 people minimum.
- Customers Define our Success - Good English is needed and should have experience in document writing.
