Education - B.E. / B. Tech.

Experience - Min 7 yrs to 10 yrs

Skills Profile:

Primary:

- Hands-on Experience to all SDLC Phases

- Expertise in Technical Design

- Exposure to Overall Technology Architecture Domain

- Customer Liaison Experience

Secondary:

- Project Management

- Lean, Six Sigma

Desirable: Exposure to Industry Verticals like Banking and Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail

Technical: Hands-on either Java or Microsoft .NET Platform

Know-How:

- UX, SOA, BPM, BRE, ECM, BI, Analytics, OCR / Imaging, Mobility, Performance Tuning, Portfolio Rationalization, Legacy Modernization, Virtualization, Cloud

Awareness: Technology Trends and Advancements

Responsibility:

1. Opportunity identification in BPO domain to add value thru IT

a. Enhance existing BPO output/deliverable thru Technical Solution

b. Mine areas, where IT solution can value add
