Role :- Solution management Manager

Exp :- 9 to 15 Years

Qualification :- Candidates with 60% marks 10th standard onwards

Responsibilities:-

Note : Please look for candidates who have worked in Managed Services Background in messaging platform(VAS).

As required , JD for this role..

- Responsible for defining complete Managed Services Solution for new Business Opportunities

- Support Business development /Sales team for responding to RFI/RFP and provide inputs in preparing Business case

- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the MS Offerings including key objectives, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc..

- Responsible for staying abreast of MS Offering roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions

- Liaison with CoE of Tools & Processes , Partners to understand details of direction and design and communicate information back to BD/Sales organization

- Development of MS specific technical whitepapers

Skills/ Competencies/Functional/ Technical/Behavioral/General/ Managerial

Critical

- At least 10-12 yrs of Managed Service Delivery Experience , preferably in VAS/Telecom domain

- 1-3 years of exposure in Solutioning “Managed Services Offering” and its Costing in Telecom/VAS/IT Domain

- Exposure to ITIL and NMS COTS Tools

- Exposure to Partner/Vendor evaluation & Mgmt

- Exposure in defining Transition strategy and execution

- Good written and verbal communication Skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong Presentation skills

- Strong negotiations skills

- Ability to manage partners /client

- Good Documentation Skills [ MS Office suite ]

- Should be able to take travels as required

- Should be able to work during off hours as required

Important

- Hands on Operations Exp in VAS/Telecom Domain

- Should to be able to estimate efforts and define Team size required to deliver the Scope

- Exposure to NOC Operations

- Good Effort estimation & costing skills

- NMS Skills
