Job Position: Solution Manager

Job Location: Pune

Must have:

- Customer Requirements gathering ,Data analytics, translating customer requirements to functional business outcomes.

- Handling SW projects end to end in terms from inception to implementation and support.

- Visualization of Power BI tools and ability to drive the team to create custom dashboards.

- Knowledge on ERP/ FSM/ Service max will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Agile -Product methodology and development.

- Working knowledge of the manufacturing industry, sales and service domains will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of databases and ability to demonstrate hands-on data exp.

- Concurrent management of 4-5 customers / existing customers

- Working closely with customer implementation teams, data team and cross functional

- Handling large data sets, derive insights in terms of business process and intelligence.

Good to have:

- Execution of Data analysis, ETL, data mining to support customer deployments as per

- Entytle SLA's.

- Dedupe activity: Manual and using tools.

- My SQL/Post gress and Python experience

Client Handling: USA / Europe < 20% of travel
