Solution Manager - BPO/SI Firm

- Solution design expertise with top tier BPO/SI firms for driving pre-sales and solutioning for multi-tower large BPO/SI deals, experience creating/responding to RFI/RFP / Orals proposals.

- Multi-geo service delivery experience across both horizontal and vertical BPO/SI processes such as PTP, OTC, Q2C, RTR, ITSM, HR, Customer Service etc.

- Technology experience- Major ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, RPA Platforms, and/or AI-based solutions. CHANGE TO: Experience working with complex ERP environments

- Ability to bring together all elements of Celonis BPO/SI solution including digital operating model, process design, automation impact, technology solution, transition, transformation, business outcomes, commercials and pricing for both Celonis BPO/SI Partnerships and direct BPO/SI clients.

- Responsible for crafting bid responses in RFPs, prepare bid defense orals decks, engage prospective customer / partner leadership, lead workshops and presentations.

- Responsible for end-to-end bid lifecycle from RFI / POCs through RFP phase of deal cycle.
