What You'll do:

- Responsible for the management, development, and end-to-end delivery for a new or existing WM data solution (e.g. benchmark, market model, assessment/diagnostic tool, etc.).

- You have in depth knowledge on the WM industry, obtained either through working at a Wealth Management firm or related field, or at a consulting company. You can analyse, understand, and provide actionable insights from financial data to best serve our external clients and client facing case teams. As a Product Lead you will manage internal stakeholders and external clients globally, requiring strong client engagement and presentation skills. You will proactively coordinate and align with our WM segment, Partners and Knowledge Team in running the WM data solution.

- As we strive for growth, you will use your knowledge and experience in WM along with leveraging our internal WM experts to further co-create, develop, and enhance our WM data solution portfolio in close alignment with the strategic direction of the WM segment and Data. You will be responsible for leading teams and coordinating the efforts of individuals working on respective WM data solutions by managing capacity requirements, providing day-to-day apprenticeship, and coaching and training junior team members.

You're good at: Leading a data solution

- Defining the purpose, strategy, value proposition, and operating model of a WM data solution in close alignment with WM segment

- Taking a leadership role in driving the implementation of the agreed priorities, models, and processes

- Independently managing projects, effectively cooperating with internal stakeholders and external clients, and taking responsibility for teams and outcomes of their work

- Proactively creating new ideas, running regular reviews, and driving for continuous improvement and enhancement and evolving data modules & tools

- Driving marketing and commercialization efforts to promote WM data solution

- Defines areas of process efficiencies, standardization with other data solutions (within and outside of WM data solution portfolio), and leverages best practices across Data for best product success

- Ensuring the methodology, security, and frameworks of the WM data solution are aligned with the portfolio of WM data solutions and broader policies and procedures

- Deploying Wealth Management expertise and knowledge

- Can independently deliver end-to-end complex data and insights to WM clients and client-facing case teams and can develop meaningful recommendations from the data based on in depth knowledge of the WM industry

- Maintain strong WM content know-how to qualify as a senior individual to support on case team projects and proposals

- Managing client relationships and interactions

- Polished client engagement: point of contact for all client queries related to the WM data solution

- Can steer conversations directly and autonomously and comfortable presenting data and insights to senior clients and stakeholders

- Effectively managing and leading people

- Guides an agile, growing team ~3-6 members in size, including line management responsibilities of individuals

- Co-ordinates the efforts of individuals working on respective data solution by managing capacity requirements with WM Global Lead

Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelors' or Master's degree with demonstrated high academic achievement, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related fields

- 7-10+ years of relevant Wealth Management/financial services industry experience and/or 4-6+ of strategic consulting within Wealth Management

- Collaborative team player and effective leader/role model with a hands-on attitude to ensure timely deliveries even in high-pressure times

- Knowledge of benchmarking, diagnostics, and/or data modelling is a key asset

- Strong project management capabilities: ability to operate in a matrix organization

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all levels of seniority and with internal/external clients

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

- Autonomous worker, ability to tolerate ambiguity, self-motivated

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel

- Innovative/creative mindset to improve existing processes/products and develop new products and ways of work
