- The role holder is responsible to liaise with end users and internal stakeholders to assess and develop technology solutions for the firm's ecommerce business

- The role holder is expected to have a sound knowledge of business processes to build a product strategy that is in line with the firm's core business

- Understanding business needs and end user requirement

- Ability to push back business and come up with creative IT solutions to align with business strategy

Profile

- 7-15 years of experience working in last mile logistics

- Proven record of liaisoning with end users and stakeholders in a fast paced dynamic business environment

- Good understanding of mapping business processes to technology solutions
