ERP CoE SOLUTION EXPERT - CONTROLLING
Based : Bangalore (India)
Job Purpose :
Reporting to the ERP Core Model CoE Manager
You will be in charge of leading ERP Core Model evolution, ensuring its consistency and support ERP Roll-out.
Your Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Lead ERP Core Model evolution in accordance with M- tier strategy:
- Support Business Process Owner (BPO) to collect, filter and prioritize demands on Project and Porject controlling (PS & COPS) + peripherical tools (PMS/ADEL)
- Support BPO and Key User (KU) in the submission of their demands through ERP
Scope Control process :
- Assist business in establishing business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications and advising the appropriate solutions
- Translate the needs into requirements and deliverables
- Promote the use of unique Core Model, cross-businesses
- Prepare recommendations for decisions-making at Functional Review Board and Change Control Board
- Assist Business in formalizing business cases
Ensure ERP Core Model consistency :
- Ensure that ERP Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localisations.
- Support ERP solutions Roll-out, ensuring that Core Model is applied:
- Participate to Roll out Fit/Gap phase
- Validate and challenge Gap list from Fit/Gap to remain compliant with the Core Model
- Support KU in Roll-out Tests phases
- Validate integration test
- Provide functional expertise to the sites already deployed:
- Provide expertise to support sites on new topics / new processes deployment
- Perform Rex (lessons learned) to ensure that Core Model is applied in deployed sites
- Support VMO (Value Management Office) to get ERP value on deployed sites
- Ensure IS Landscape consistency for his/her functional domain:
- Provide expertise to support sites on new topics (new processes, new business stakes)
- Participate / Lead pre-study of new projects concerning IS Landscape of functional domain
- Participate / Lead new projects on his IS functional domain
- Provide functional expertise to M- tier stakeholders and support the transformation
- Provide expertise to M- tier stakeholders (BPO, VP M- tier), providing visibility of road-map for ERP and its Landscape
Profile To be considered for this role :
- Graduated with a master degree, preferably in information technology, you have a strong SAP functional expertise (minimum 5 years).
- You have also an experience of at least 3 full project cycle as team leader on your domain of expertise and a strong business process expertise.
Experience : 10+
- You demonstrate good communication and organizational skills (ability to meet deadlines).
- You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
- Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new.
