Selling the solution to the Customer in conjunction with the Sales Manager

Assisting in the Project Implementation

Principal Accountability:

Solution Designing

1. Ability to meet customer and understand their requirement

2. Ability to design solutions for the Customer single handedly

3. Ability to design scenarios showing process improvement in the Customers current process

4. Ability to convince the Customer on the proposal with showing cost reduction

Selling the solution to the Customer in conjunction with the Sales Manager

1. Understanding the Customers processes and needs

2. Working with the Customers cross functional team in selling the solution across the board

Assisting in the Project Implementation

1. Organizing the procurement of all infrastructure / manpower

2. Assisting the Head Operations in setting up the warehouse site and processes

3. Developing all SOP / KRA / SLA in conjunction with the Customer and Head Operations

Authority limits

Pan India focus with primary focus on Automotive, FMCG & Retail sectors.

Key Interaction

1. Internal : Operations & Sales

2. External : Customers, Trade bodies

Qualification and Experience

1. Engineer with skills in Solution Designing for Warehouse & process layout, Project charter. Non Engineering background will not be considered.

2. Total 12+ years of experience with a minimum 8+ years experience in the same industry and having the qualities to manage the above profile or currently managing such a profile.

3. Experienced in designing solutions primarily for the Automotive sector.

4. Experience in using AutoCAD and project implementation tools
