Solution Design Lead - Analytics

Job purpose-

- Responsible for process ownership, designing and solutions of global Analytics service. Transform an ‘analysis organization’ to high end ‘analytics organization’ i.e moving up the value chain.

- Drives Process Design, Process Improvements and Migrations for Analytics Accountable for ensuring value add from ‘Analytics’ practice including taking analytics to advanced level across verticals and provide proactive pointers to business problems Engage with Regions/Clusters and Value stream group to ensure company’s business goal is translated in transformational plan. Responsible for Industry benchmarking analysis for Transformation and implement Best practices

- Drive both technology and Business Behavioral changes to achieve the transformation goals Continuously scan the external environment to benchmark, adopt best practices & generate ‘radical’ transformation initiatives.

- Thorough understanding of Statistical techniques like SAS, SPSS, Regression Analysis, General Linear Modeling, Hierarchical Linear Modeling, ANOVA/ANCOVA, Decision Trees, Sampling, Time Series etc.

Qualification-

- Masters degree with 10+ years for relevant experience
