The Innovation Specialist researches and evaluates technology trends and translates them into business benefits. The main focus will be to research (industry reports and Vendor meets), evaluate (technical evaluation), test (PoC, Pilot or PoT) and build implementation guidelines /frameworks for Shared Services and telecom services centric technologies. Purposes of introduction of new technologies is to 1. Deliver transformation within Operations 2. Deliver cost optimization and FTE efficiencies 3. Revenue generation or revenue leakage prevention initiatives New technologies generally cover: 1. Data Extraction: iOCR, Screen scaping 2. Data Processing: RPA, Scripting, Excel automation, Chatbots, ML & AI interventions 3. Data Analytics: reporting automations, Process Mining, task Mining, Core analytics As a Solution Architect, the role is required to manage the following: 1. Overall solution design and data flow 2. Help contribute to Solution Architecture (including Security, GDPR and integration requirements) 3. Review and help troubleshoot issues related to code delivery and deployment 4. Integrate new capabilities of automation into existing platform. Must have technical / professional qualifications: - Technical Degree - Advanced Developer certification on UiPath - At least 2 years of experience in development using RPA tools - Experience with OCR, Machine Learning or WorkFlow projects a plus - Python or TensarFlow skills a plus
