What You'll Do : As a Solution Delivery Manager/Specialist you will be responsible for creating a Transaction Banking/ corporate banking focused benchmarking capability for leading global financial institutions. Leading a team of 5-7 members and will be involved in doing research using both public and proprietary sources and databases eg: Deal logic, Thompson, project ware etc. You will also be responsible to build granular financial performance benchmarks eg: revenues, cost, headcounts, capital etc. This is the platform to become an expert on Transaction Banking working closely with Industry experts and have direct exposure to our Solution Partners and direct access to clients. Your Background : - 6-10+ years in of relevant industry experience with an Investment Bank preferably or with the Global transaction banking/markets team - Proficiency in Transaction Banking products i.e. trade finance, cash management etc. - Working experience transaction banking MIS/data consolidation teams in a corporate bank is a huge plus - Proficiency in Power BI and hands on experience in advanced Excel - Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Business Management, Managerial Reporting, P&amp;L Accountability, Automation Enhancements - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, lead impactful teams and, also contribute independently - Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively both written and verbal, organization and time management skills are a must - Masters in Finance from a reputed institute or related fields with an excellent academic record from a reputed academic institution.
