Job Title: Manager- Solutions & Consulting

Reporting to : VP- Solutions & Consulting

Job Location: Mumbai

Desired skill sets:

- Any graduate with above 70% marks in graduation.

- MBA from top B school with 1+ yrs of post qualification experience (Mandatory)

- Min 1 yrs of exp. in Consulting of Product/ Services post MBA.

-Smart and creative professionals who can be trained to perform this critical function, have strong conceptual skills and communication skills, but may not have relevant work experience:

- 2+ years experience in a function that requires strong conceptual skills:

- management consulting

- investment banking

- industry research

- advertising (client servicing or account planning only)

- market research

- marketing (product management only)

- Strong conceptual skills, including the ability to understand customers’ requirements; develop outsourced solutions; create financial models for estimating cost savings and pricing; and present abstract thoughts in PowerPoint and Word

- Excellent written communication skills – e.g. editor of college magazine

- BPO experience is not necessary

- Must be willing to travel to customer locations in the US

Key Role & responsibility:

Work with the Sales team in the US and Operations team in India & US, to design/develop outsourcing solutions that meet customer requirements, including the following:

- Develop questionnaires to obtain information from potential customers

- Analyze information provided by customers to understand their business and identify their requirements

- Develop suitable outsourced solutions to meet customer requirements, including:

- Delivery organization – how will we deliver the work?

- Process/workflow – how will we structure the process/workflow?

- IT solution – IT connectivity from facilities to customer facilities

- Transition/migration plan – key activities involved in setting up and starting operations for the customer from facilities

- Pricing – proposed pricing model, pricing terms and conditions

- Prepare solutions documents to be submitted to customers (such as presentations, proposals, RFP responses) describing all of the above

- Conduct assessment/consulting studies at the premises of potential customers in the U.S., as a preliminary step in the sales cycle, including the following activities:

- Develop questionnaires to obtain information from potential customers

- Analyze information provided by customers

- Travel to customers’ locations for the assessment study

- Discuss with the customer, and review their operations

- Understand their operations, identify their requirements, Identify what org. solutions meet their requirements

- Develop suitable outsourced solutions to meet customer requirements, including delivery organization, process/workflow, IT solution, and so on

- Estimate customers’ cost savings and revenue upsides from the solution

- Prepare presentations or assessment reports to be submitted to customers
