Solution Consultant - Human Resources - Consulting Firm - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Responsibilities :

- Experience in End to End HR transformation Projects, Organization Design & strategies

- As a domain expert, develop a thorough understanding of a customer needs, including their business strategy, how it aligns to their people strategy, and what needs they have for learning, development, and transformation

- As the product expert, help customers understand our product offerings through tailored demonstrations, solution proposals and other collateral. Assist customers in achieving their goals by aligning our solutions to their needs

- As an industry expert, interested to work with product marketing team to produce thought leadership articles and other artifacts

Requirements :

- MBA HR from XLRI or another top tier MBA Institute

- 4-7 years of marketing experience in either People advisory consulting with a top tier business consulting firm

- Solution consulting with a top tier L&D solutions vendor
