Solution Architect - Telecom BSS Domain

Our client is leading provider of information technology, business process outsourcing and consulting services, looking to hire Solution Architect for Telecom BSS domain.

The role will be responsible for end to end solution architect specializing in the Telecom BSS domain.

- Setting up the direction for how the telecom business processes would be used in building and delivering end to end stacks.

- This key individual will be responsible for architecting new or expanded BSS implementations, evaluating telecom related packages, technologies, tools and new releases and working with the business and other IT groups.

- This individual will work with IT Sr. Management, business management, operations staff and vendors in resolution of highly complex business and technical BSS applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Should have implemented at least 2 end to end enterprise BSS solutions as a lead solution architect.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences.

- Self-starter with the ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment and with ability to estimate development effort.

- Should have minimum 4-5 years in senior professional technical roles like integration lead, architect.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies like TOGAF.

- Subject matter expertise in building Java based High-volume/High-transaction integration solutions preferably around IBM stack of products - IBM Websphere Commerce, IBM Websphere Portal, IBM BPM (ESB) and IBM MDM C/P and knowledge of implementation patterns and SOA.

- Should be well versed in eTOM business processes, SID and demonstrated knowledge of having used these TMForum standards in the implemented solutions.

- Team player with experience in leading and collaborating cross teams to ensure successful delivery of solution

- The ability to estimate the impact of architectural alternatives for business problems.
