- 15+ Years of Supply Chain Work in Service Order Lifecycle (& Sales Order Lifecycle). - This person shall consult clients on driving efficiencies in their Service Life Cycles as well as work with our AI/Analytics teams on several use cases ranging from Warehouse Management, Demand Forecasting, Route Optimization SLA Adherence etc. - This person shall also act as a thought Leader in Supply Chain and how emerging data sources are improving the Supply Chain efficiencies. - The person is required to be hands on and shall be engaged in entire sales lifecycle as a solution expert with the Sales Team and also oversee execution of our strategy and client engagements. - Many of our SCM BAs shall be reporting into this person and over the period of time, this person shall create a credible team but still remain hands on solving client problems. - Majority of our customers are based out of United States and the person should be excellent in communication skills and ability to manage clients - Knowledge of SCM tools - ERP, Planning, WMS tools will be a great added advantage
