Solution Architect with Presales KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES : - Translates multiple client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for large, complex information technology solutions and integrating architecture. - Determines technical feasibility of business requests / requirements, conducts impact analysis of the proposed solutions to existing products etc., identifies alternative technical solutions to satisfy business needs. - Serves as a technical expert for clients in system architectures to eliminate gaps and inconsistencies in the initial and new system architectures. - Ensures the technical component of the solution aligns with the client's business goals and current / potential standards. - Identifies existing and potential issues and design matters in overall system and solution architecture; implements solutions to ensure that best practices and processes are followed and enhanced. - Researches technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards. - Help complete Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from customers. - Providing leadership to the team responsible for responding to bids and solution definition - Track market and competition and coming out with innovative ideas to be most relevant in the marketplace. - Works with the sales / key account manager teams in the organization to leads major proposal efforts and creates strategies to win business in new markets or current accounts. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS : The ideal candidate profile will be : - Engineering/ Master's degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent - 10+ years of hands-on experience working in a professional services environment, creating client solutions - Should possess strong skills in technical architecture, project management and organizational change - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients - Should have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technology solutions - internally and externally - Strong technical knowledge base across a range of technology stacks in the digital space and an ability to outline a preferred point of view on a chose technology approach - Position Specification - VP, Solutions Architecture Confidential : - A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in a leadership role and build a technical pre-sales capability within Studio Graphene - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
