Solution Architect - Oracle EBS - SCM
- This position will be responsible for leading a team and carrying out Oracle implementations/upgrades in the area of supply chain management.
- Tasks would include solution designing and facilitating software/system solutions, configurations, unit testing, interface testing, creation and maintenance of process flow documentation and assistance with customer site installation and training Process.
- 15+ years of experience in implementation and support of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules
- Expert level knowledge in Oracle Supply Chain Modules Setups, Module configuration and Business impact, Business Process Re- engineering, Solution Design and Business Process mapping
- Expert Knowledge in Oracle SCM Modules: Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Configurator, WMS, i-Procurement, i-Supplier, Advance Pricing, MSCA and Workflow
- Should have strong understanding of Business Scenario with Star Parts, Model Configuration, ATO, CTO (Configure to Order) PTO (Procure to Order)
- Hands on experience working with Configure to Order Scenarios
- Extensive Knowledge in IR-ISO Processes
- Strong understanding of Feeder and outbound Interface functionalities
- Expert level of knowledge of SCM transaction flow and Business processes Custom and standard Both
- Possess good technical expertise in writing SQL queries, debugging PL/SQL code
- Broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family which enables to be in advisory position in Global environment
- Ability to Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to support/ implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs
- Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical Global solutions on complex customer engagements
- Ability to lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members
- Translates complex business and design requirements into technical requirements
- Directs and owns process/system changes and reviews process changes to ensure improved productivity
- Determines opportunities to redesign business processes that will optimize better business results
- Strong expertise and ability to dissect multiple, complex and dynamic information, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action, and implement intervention strategies to attain performance targets
- Leads the support/development and enhancement of enterprise-wide client applications in support of the Digital organization's objectives
- Develop training material and application documentation as required. Educate business users
