Solution Architect - IT

We are looking for someone to drive large application services and digital transformation deals across various service lines spanning Digital, Analytics, Cloud and Enterprise Platforms. This role would be responsible for end to end ownership of large deals from qualification to closure.

- End-to-end management of the deal pursuit process from qualification to closure including solution strategy & design, business-case preparation, estimation and commercial modelling, solution presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations

- Understand customer's business requirements and create appropriate value proposition using Wipro offerings across service lines to drive the RFx response

- Proficient in Application Management and Support (AMS) proposals and levers for cost optimization

- Good knowledge of ticket analysis, various operating models, and governance

- Well versed with automation and operational transformation for both AMS and AD using AI/ML, RPA tools for run automation, CI/CD tools for build automation

- Good understanding of Agile, DevOps, SRE methodologies with good knowledge of Agile, DevOps KPIs and metrics

- Good knowledge and experience of designing transformation-led solutions such as Cloudification, Application modernization, Digital transformation (customer experience, digitalization, driving new business models)

- Design ownership of end to end solution to develop the solution blueprint including transformation roadmap.

- Hand on delivery experience of managing Application Services engagements (AMS & AD) for large accounts is a plus.

Skills & Experience :

- IT experience with experience in a large deals- solution architect across application services (primary role) with other areas like Cloud, Data & Analytics, Modernization

- Strong understanding of Application Managed Services, Application development (including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, tools etc), application transformation, Cloudification

- Proficient in Application Management proposals and levers for cost optimization

- Knowledge of AI / automation / tooling aspects

- Well versed with commercial value models and propositions especially in - Nextgen way of delivering IT services

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skill

- Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with customer teams and drive consensus among internal stakeholders

- Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior business leaders

- Accountability; ownership; great execution ability & positive attitude

- Hand on delivery experience for large Application Services accounts is a plus

- Willingness to travel to an extent of 50% or more.
