Solution Architect - IoT/Cloud/AWS - Manufacturing

Position : Solution Architect

Location : Chennai

KRA :

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

- Responsible for translation of requirements generated during functional analysis into architecture of the solution and describing the solution through architecture and design artefacts;

- Develop end to end architecture across all disciplines (application, data, and infrastructure) for enterprise wide programs; influence and develop solutions to performance and stability challenges;

- Develop expert knowledge of existing systems and facilitate creation of mechanisms to track current and future state architectures;

- Directly participate in decision making & design related to business-critical and high-risk projects;

- Ensure technology alignment with business priorities.

Key Performance Indicator :

- Effectively deliver tasks on projects

- Manage multiple assignments and related project internal teams.

- Evaluating the vendors for outsourcing of project within the time constraint.

Scope of work :

- Building new application for Cloud based, AWA or IOT

- Team building.

Experience & Skills required :

- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years of experience in creating digital solutions.

- Experience of at least one solution design using Micro services in the backend and SPA at the frontend;

- Experience with architecting, developing and deploying software in the cloud;

- Experience with performance engineering and performance tuning in multiple areas of the development stack

Highly Desired :

- Good understanding of relational, unstructured, and streaming database design;

- Good understanding of data designs for analytics;

- Mobile applications, Java server applications, web applications, and portal technologies;

- Good understanding of micro services, restful interfaces, web services and mobile security patterns.
