Skills:
Blueprint Design and Analysis:
- Deliver future proof Blueprints for all functions through effective participation in process design workshops
- Blueprint Analysis ensuring Process Definition (across entities), Changes to existing organization processes, Integration considerations across processes
Requirements Management:
- Capture Functional Requirements, Boundary Conditions for BRD, Core Functionality which delivers value to business
- Capture Usability Requirements, User Interface, Write Test Cases
- Baseline the technology trends / Build Vs. Buy vs. Outsource
Solution Assessment and Validation:
- Assess Proposed Solution: how closely they meet stakeholder and solution requirements.
- Define Transition Requirements: define requirements for capabilities needed to transition from an existing solution to a new solution
- Solution Validation: Validate that a solution meets the business need and determine the most appropriate response to identified defects
Demand Management:
- Validate all new CRs and their mapping against respective Blueprints
- Review the need for customization and apply CTB/RTB definitions
- Compute ROI, Benefits Vs. Cost Analysis
Domain experience / exposure in one of the following areas (either as a Program Manager or as a Subject Matter Expert or as a Power User):
Human Capital Management:

- Demand and Supply Integration
- Employee Lifecycle Management)
Financial Management:
- Project Administration
- Billing and Invoicing
- Project Profitability
- Budgeting and Forecasting
Program / Project Management in ERP module(s) implementation (at least one end-to-end life cycle implementation) – desired.
