Solution Architect - Financial Services

We are hiring for our client which is a MNC dealing in Financial Services.

Looking for professionals with experience of 7.8 to 10.3 years in Solution Architecture.

- The candidate should have expertise in Java and Middle ware technology.

- Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure and Client management is required.

Role profile summary:

- Responsible for design support / enhancements & custodian of services of business systems

- Scope also includes shared services and support functions including IT

- Member of IT shared architecture services team

- Develops the architectural design for a highly scalable, large volume enterprise solution

- Performs high-level architectural planning, proof-of-concept and software design

- Ensures compliance with enterprise architecture and programme defined architectural principles

- Defines and implements standards, shared components and approaches

- Responsible for production and maintenance of infrastructure architecture design and solution architecture design

- Functions as the “Design Authority” in technical design reviews

- Liaison with the programme Design Authority

- Liaison with the programme Architect forum

- Contributes to development project estimates, scheduling and development reviews

- Approves code reviews and technical deliverables

- Assures architectural integrity

- Maintains compliance with change control, SDLC and development standards

- Develops and reviews implementation plans and contingency plans

Personal profile and experience:

- Degree level education

- Atleast 10 years B2B retail or commercial banking experience or shared services/finance systems experience, ideally both

- Experience & exposure to various Middleware products with strong understanding of Service Oriented Applications & designing principles.

- 7 to 8 years of Solution Architecture using SOA & details understanding of Enterprise application integration with various protocols. Sound understanding of Application security and ability to generate an optimal security design.
