Solution Architect - Enterprise Data Architecture - CPG Domain

JOB OVERVIEW

Job Family: Management Consulting 

 Designation: Solution Architect (Enterprise Data Architecture)

 Role Summary: -

- Responsible for driving Enterprise Data Architecture components. Must have designed and executed large and complex projects in Master Data Management, Information Lifecycle Management, Metadata Management, and Data Integration.

Responsibilities: 

- Drive development of standards and patterns for master data, data integration, data storage, information lifecycle, etc. Drive the solution architecture to deliver IT capabilities aligned with business requirements. Lead both technical and non-technical discussions regarding enterprise data and information.

- Facilitate analysis and design workshops. Write, review, and approve solution architecture components to ensure alignment with business requirements, and architectural standards.

- Recommend and follow standards for all technical areas related to data and information Ensure quality of solution aligns with the architecture standards and assist project teams to stay within scope and budget.

- Responsible for architecture oversight and technical leadership during the course of the MDM (Master Data Mgmt.) implementation projects.

- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure and define final solution design before deployment. Provide architectural and technical inputs for definition, estimation and delivery of projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture combined in data focused role with exposure to big project execution. 

 - Successful proven track record in Solution Architecture advisory in implementing Master Data Management solutions.

 - Technology design experience including Performance, Security, Availability, Operations, Monitoring and Support

 - Experience in Big Data (Apache Hadoop) and Data Lake architectures PREFERRED Exposure in CPG industry is a plus.

 - Proven and advanced skills in one of more of the following areas : Master Data Management (MDM), Product Information Management (PIM)

 - Experience with industry architecture frameworks, TOGAF or ZACHMAN 

 - Experience working with IT System Integrators and Software vendors 

 - Adept at all aspects of DM - Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Attributes (part of MDM), Design 

Domain Experience - CPG/ Alco-Bev a big plus 

- Expertise in OLAP, Exposure BI tools like MicroStrategy/ Power BI / Equivalent a big plus 

- Experience with working in transnational teams working on global initiatives
