Solution Architect - Education

- Ensure high-functioning functioning infrastructure and network solutions across all data centres and support offices globally

- Provide the vision and strategy for infrastructure services, leveraging IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company's vision and expectations

- Understand the specific hosting requirements of our government partners and work to ensure that our software systems can be deployed and operate within those guidelines. This includes hosting in countries without data centres run by the major cloud players (AWS, Microsoft) and perhaps even within a governments own data centre.

- Oversee infrastructure expenditures and ensure that the spend can be appropriately allocated to different countries and departments

- Establish comprehensive infrastructure monitoring tools and processes; perform analysis that reflects actual vs. planned variances

- Develop risk mitigation strategy and contingency plans, including disaster recovery and business continuity policies and plans, and ensure their periodic verification
