We have urgent requirement for Solution Architect with leading MNC.

JD as follows:

Essential Qualification and Work Experience:

1. Graduate from a reputed institution

2. Deep Experience of Contact Center (Customer Service & Collections) Domain for US, UK, Europe geographies

3. Overall 15 years+ of work experience in mix of International BPO and/or consulting environment

4. At least 2-3 years in Solution Architect role for Insurance Domain

5. Excellent Written, Oral Communication and analytical skills

6. Excellent command on MS office tools like PowerPoint, Excel & Word

Soft Skills :

1. Excellent communication and email etiquette skills

2. Strong client interaction skills

3. Strong collaboration skills with multiple senior stakeholders

4. Strong Analytical skills

5. Assertive & Situational Leadership

Technical Skills:

1. Strong presentation making skills

2. Good understanding of financial models, Profit & Loss and operation metrics

3. Ability to research abstract information to identify trends, POVs and create white papers

C. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)

1. To bring industry knowledge, outstanding capabilities, innovation and ground breaking technology to our clients within the Contact Center spectrum to help them address their business objectives / challenges

2. Lead solution for RFP, RFI, and RFX. Participate in scope discussions, solution approach and duediligence workshops with internal and client stakeholders

3. Prepare the cost estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan

4. Work with internal teams to craft the solution proposals, clearly articulating with themes, differentiators and value proposition

5. Work with the internal technology and alliances team to build and increase operational and solution capabilities. Lead cross vendor discussions to discuss and craft the final product.

Direct and coordinate with Legal & Commercial and Pricing teams in areas specific to the solution to ensure use of standards

6. Ensure compliance to the solutioning process, tools, and procedures as defined

7. Drive the necessary sign-off of the solution with proper input from the internal group on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences

8. Engage on the front end along with BD/Sales and beware of market trends/changes/digital landscape.

9. Research, Analyze, Create White papers, Point of View collateral and provide trend analysis, correlation and insights on key domain insights for enabling data driven decision making

10. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a cross-cultural environment, panning different time zones
