- As a Solution Architect, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of robust IT solutions, focusing on ERP systems and customized application development.

What you will do:

- Leading the designing and architecture of IT solutions, with a strong focus on ERP systems and customized application development

- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand specific requirements, user needs, and operational procedures

- Analyzing information problems, requested changes, and modifications to develop effective business process solutions

- Developing detailed descriptions of user needs, ensuring usability, functionality, and adherence to quality standards

- Collaborating with functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize project requirements

- Providing expertise in database and application configurations, adhering to industry standards and best practices

- Designing and documenting external data interface requirements, data loading processes, maintenance plans, and security policies

- Ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance throughout the systems development lifecycle

- Leveraging your in-depth understanding of ERP packages/toolkits and experience in the government domain to create tailored solutions

- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our solution offerings

What you need to have:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in solution architecting, with a focus on ERP systems and customized application development

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing IT solutions for ERP or customized application development projects

- Proven experience in identifying operational procedures, analyzing information problems, and developing business process solutions

- Strong knowledge of database and application configurations, standards, and quality assurance practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients

- In-depth understanding of ERP packages/toolkits and experience working in state and central government projects

- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, and a willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding innovative solutions

- Relevant certifications in solution architecture or related areas are a plus
