Solution Architect
Role Description :
- Create the solution blueprint and own the estimating sourcing costing and integration across enterprise
- Assist the Sales Leads in the development of industrialized standardized and repeatable market relevant solutions to their clients
- Lead the solution, achieve internal approvals and agreed metrics
- Update the system of record with appropriate solution details
- Leverage organizational assets and third party relationships in architecting solutions
- Engage subject matter experts as appropriate to develop customized solutions creating significant value for our clients
Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in IT industry (specifically related to systems integration/implementation, applications development or maintenance)
- Should have experience in large deals solution's & presales.
- Extremely strong industry domain skills in BFSI or CMT or E&U or H&PS or Product.
- 2+ years of proven sales or pre-sales experience in shaping medium to large deals involving a global sourcing model. Including:
a) Shaping or supporting the response to client RFP and RFIs including developing response materials
b) Developing powerful client value propositions
c) Creating differentiated solutions and sales propositions
d) Responsibility for shaping and costing of technology and delivery solutions
e) Participated in client-facing sales activities such as sales/solution workshops and oral presentations of sales proposals
f) Contributed to negotiations and contracting
- The candidate should have a proven track-record in their careers as a high-performer and willing to go the extra mile to win the business
- Excellent communication (written & oral), stakeholder management and inter-personal skills
- Experience of working as part of distributed teams
- The candidate should exhibit a high-level of maturity, be comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership for their output
- The candidate should also be willing to work long and non-standard hours as required to meet client or internal deadlines
- The candidate should be willing to travel if the business need arises.
