Solution Architect

Role & Responsibilities

- Work closely with product managers and other business-side stakeholders and contribute to business plan and product roadmap from technology point of view, and become a trusted partner in technology decisions.

- Own all aspects of product development from prototyping new ideas to architecting, integrating with other products, reviewing and implementing.

- Assist engineering teams in hands-on development of the platform as needed

- Should have experience of working with Product Management to create product roadmaps functional specifications, design specification of features based on customer/product requirements

- Research, experiment, and recommend new technologies that can help increase productivity/reduce technical risk/debt.

- Prepare high level and low level documentation in detail

- Identify potential issues between systems and business specifications and propose new solutions to work around these limitations.

- Possess a high level of technical literacy and the ability to analyze in detail and document.

- Hands-on experience working with Databases like SQL & NoSQL, Jira

- Current or previous experience of development, design and end to end implementation

- Demonstrated experience in developing complex and reusable APIs and understanding of the full software development life cycle.

- Possess excellent problem-solving attitude, and ability to quickly change direction based on updated client specifications or system limitations

- Experience with cloud solutions, virtual platforms, software development experience, and operational management practices and frameworks

- Understanding of security, risk and compliance frameworks, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, hardware, operating systems, and networking connectivity

- Strong working knowledge of building products, integrating with internal and external APIs/Services

Ideal Candidate

- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory

- Professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on GCP or Cloud

- Experience communicating across internal and external organizations

- Strong Solutions Architect profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) - Software Architects experience - developer backgrounds preferred in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, etc. Currently involved in the architecture and system design of the tech system of the product/project.

Mandatory ( Experience 2) - Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Mandatory ( Experience 3) - Domain experience in lending systems/fintech.

Mandatory ( Company ) - Good / Well Funded / Well Known Product Company

Highly Preferred ( Education ) - B.E / B. Tech + MBA only
