Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility includes supporting the L&D function to create a culture of learning in the organization through different learning initiatives. Must have L&D mindset to envision and execute end to end L&D annual calendar. Must demonstrate high standards of personal excellence and integrity.

- Takes ownership of implementing learning platforms to promote self-paced learning.

- Responsible for suggesting and helping with decks, posters, and activities preparation during training programs.

- Take full responsibility of ISO Audit and support in maintaining training related data.

- Conduct developmental/coordination level discussions with key internal and external stakeholders, to understand and execute learning interventions.

- Execute and coordinate assessment tools to measure the Learning impact of different learning initiatives.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors to execute relevant learning programs.

- Test and ensure the end-to-end logistics readiness of a program, well before schedule.

Qualification:

- MBA or Graduate with good exposure in L&D.

- 2+ years' experience in the L&D function, with exposure to end-to-end Training phases - Training Need Analysis, Executing Learning Initiatives and coordinating to measure learning impact.

- Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel & Power Point Presentations.

- Should have some exposure of L&D concepts, frameworks, and tools.

- Excellent execution skills with a high level of commitment to achieving goals.

Additional Details:

- Work from office (Bangalore/Coimbatore), should be ready to travel based on business requirement.
