Project Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with expertise in both SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, from project initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established timelines and milestones.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, pre-sales, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Effectively communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

- Manage project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, and ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

- Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive process optimization efforts to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

- Foster a strong sense of camaraderie and unity among team members, encouraging collaboration.

- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance, conducting regular performance reviews and goal setting sessions.

- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing their concerns and expectations.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven 8+ years of experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches, and practical experience in their application.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and proficiency in Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
