Responsibilities:

1. Interact with the customer and stakeholders to understand project objectives, scope, and requirements.

2. Breakdown the requirement for the effective execution of the project, create the project plan.

3. Actively participate in customer meetings, ensure that the customer and internal stakeholders are updated through weekly reports and meetings as needed.

4. Identify and manage risks.

5. Own team members feedback loops and their growth.

6. Drive industry standard software engineering practices within the team.

7. Convert Organisation vision into action iteams within the team.

Qualification:

1. Minimum academic qualification is a bachelor's degree in engineering.

2. 5-9 years of experience in IT industry.

3. 2-3 years of development experience. Development experience in python, LabVIEW,

4. Web Frontend or Backend is a plus.

5. Prior experience in Project Management / Team handling is a must

6. Client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment.

7. Agile Methodology is a plus.

Hybrid work model, flexible to work from office (Bangalore/Coimbatore), in case of business requirements.
