Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Lead, focusing on enhancing the people experience through operational effectiveness in Talent and Rewards Management. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive HR experience, with expertise in Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, and Compensation & Benefits. This role is instrumental in implementing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

- Administer an efficient and transparent performance review process.

- Collaborate with leaders to ensure timely completion of performance evaluations.

- Assist in regular talent reviews, and identifying growth opportunities, and gaps.

- Collaborate with managers to implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when necessary.

- Monitor the effectiveness of PIPs and recommend adjustments as needed.

Employee Engagement:

- Conduct insightful one-on-one sessions with employees to understand their needs and concerns.

- Provide valuable insights from employee interactions and propose strategies to enhance overall employee experience.

- Execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.

- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and foster a positive culture.

Rewards & Recognition:

- Oversee the design and execution of comprehensive rewards and recognition programs.

- Collaborate with Function Heads to create innovative reward structures to motivate and retain employees.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Lead the administration and enhancement of compensation and benefits programs.

- Analyze market trends to ensure competitive and attractive compensation structures.

- Lead the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.

- Conduct market analysis to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive.

Qualifications:

- Progressive 5+ years of HR experience..

- Proven experience in building relationships with People.

- Strong analytical skills to provide valuable insights and propose innovative solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Master's in human resources or related field is preferred.

- Willingness to contribute to other areas in HR such as Recruitment, events, etc as required.

Additional Details:

Work from office (Bangalore/Coimbatore), should be ready to travel based on business requirement.
