ROLE OBJECTIVE :
- To lead the organisations goal of becoming a preferred employer in the state.
- You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Need one to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success
- Make a accurate and effective Job description
- Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager.
- Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions.
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
- Screening profiles, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates at initial stage, negotiating with candidates on job offers and timely closure of open positions.
- Custodian on the Organisation's ATS system
- Ability to derive reports and present them to the management from time to time
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Graduate, MBA preferred not compulsory
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Select Negotiation skills
