ROLE OBJECTIVE :
- The purpose of the role is to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and action plans in order to meet organizational objectives.
- The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.). Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Increase probable customers by improving key metrics like cost per lead, cost per site visit and conversion. Should be able to track & measure performance across Digital + Social platforms & website
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Ensure implementation and execution of campaigns by coordinating with digital agencies and internal teams.
- Analyze online behaviors, competition & turning them into action plans to improve customer engagement.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention
- Proven success managing an SEO, SEM, Email, display advertising and social media initiatives
- Experience in setting up & optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Good knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics & others).
- Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in identifying target audiences & devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience of managing all kinds of Digital Marketing campaigns
