Assistant General Manager:- Talent Acquisition.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Need one to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. Should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Supervise the recruitment team
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Custodian on the Organisation's ATS system
- Ability to derive reports and present them to the management from time to time
SKILLS REQUIRED :
Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key
Communication skills - expected to lead the HR TA team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints. Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital
Commercial acumen - increasingly involve in strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company's finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important
Role modelling - As a senior member of the executive team, expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of the organisation
Professional expertise - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, understanding of all selection methods and techniques of the Organisation, proficient in the use of social media and job boards, willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles, Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Trust - As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the management on a regular basis. You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise
