JOB TITLE : Assistant General Manager

EXPERIENCE : 10-15 years

QUALIFICATION : BE - Civil, PG in Construction Management

ROLE OBJECTIVE

- Preparation of Master schedules with inter-dependencies taking inputs from all departments and monitoring and coordinating the same to ensure project progress is as per the plans setup by the higher management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Candidate should have experience in construction, planning, budgeting and coordinating upstream construction activities and providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones.

- Understanding of the project scope and breakdown in measurable activities.

- Understanding of inter-functional & Inter-Departmental dependecies and capture these accurately in schedule.

- Prepare Master schedule draft with measurable activities of all departments/functions which covers entire project scope.

- Monitor progress of the project and complete adherence to timeline, specifications listed in the tender.

- Monitoring, tracking, updating and re-scheduling of master schedules.

- Monitor daily progress reports of project.

- Prepare and develop an on-site record system like progress schedules, resources management, inventory management etc.

SKILLS REQUIRED : 

- Knowledge of inter-functional and Inter-Departmental depedencies and sequence of execution activities

- Proficiency in Microsoft project software

- Detail Oriented, Organized, Good Written and Verbal Communication.

- Able to analyze reports, drawings & data to plan & implement safetey project

- Read & understand all statutory requirements and analyze risks

- Proper Coorndination with project manager. Safety checking of Work & Material. Coordinate with Contractors.

- Thorough knowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance. Thorough knowledge of safety rules and regulations, Safety measures, Safety implementations
