ROLE OBJECTIVE :
The objectives of this profile will be the Strategic human resource management is the connection between a company's human resources and its strategies, objectives, and goals. The aim of strategic human resource management is to: Advance flexibility, innovation, and competitive advantage. Develop a fit for purpose organizational culture.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies
- Prioritise & Implement HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives
- Collect & analyse employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle to serve the team with excellent customer service standards
- Create and manage the HR department's operational annual budget
- Management of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department
- Proposing and implementing competitive Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking in the RE industry
- Define & Drive communication protocol in the organisation
- Ability to derive reports and present them to the management from time to time
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Organisational skills : Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key
- Commercial acumen : Increasingly involve in strategic decision-making within the business as an influencer. Being able to understand company's finances, resourcing and the ultimate aims of the business is important
- Role modelling : As a senior member of the executive team, expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of the organisation
- Trust : As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the management on a regular basis. You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise
