Who should Apply?

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the edtech industry.

- Strong understanding of Non IT roles - specifically in Sales, Operations & Customer Success roles, trends, and the ability to identify talent with the right skills and cultural fit.

- Experience of 5-7 years in a startup environment

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, cultural fit, and potential contribution to our portfolio companies.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and gaming community developments to inform talent acquisition strategies.

- Get involved in the interview process to verify the candidate's cultural fitment in the organization

- Identifying and partnering with outside vendors so that hiring requirements are met

- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand, continue towards improving the organization's employer brand

- Collaborate with business stakeholders on hiring plans/budgets, then develop and execute recruitment plans accordingly

- Understand, improve, and implement our internal recruitment processes to make them more effective and efficient, while upholding quality measures, strategic approach, and closure attainment along with providing a great recruitment experience to candidates

- Support the 360 performance review process: manager calibrations, facilitate training sessions, and host office hours.

- Coach Managers to lead through change, effectively performance manage, and increase employee engagement with ongoing feedback and effective communication.
