Sol Primero - Operations Role - FinTech Venture - IIT

We are recruiting for an exciting fin tech venture based in Koramangala, Bangalore and looking to recruit someone for an Operations Role. Looking for someone with ideally 1-2 years of work experience and has either worked in a start-up before. Your responsibility will include the below but not limited to just this

- Financial Statement Analysis of the Loan Application

- Assisting the client with the Loan Cycle Process which includes co-ordinating various workstreams with various team members

- Execution of current business development plan which includes new initiatives that would be undertaken by the business

- Able to take your own initiative and run solo on the work tasked to you

- Confident and a Good communicator

- Efficient and good planning skills

Salary Offered: 6 - 8 LPA
