Sokrati - Strategy & Data Analyst

The Strategy & Data Analyst team holds the reins to much of the visibility & objective decision-making that happen here at Sokrati. As a member of the team, you work collaboratively across functions & teams to implement internal tracking requirements, gather data and identify strategic opportunities.

You provide the management team with the needed insight to drive intelligent, sound decision-making. You understand the industry landscape and harness it to manage our integration.

With an air of humility, you bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think about what is and what could be.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

- Understand and stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape and internal product development efforts

- Implement data requirements to enable tracking of various metrics across business units

- Gather and analyze massive amounts of information expeditiously

- Research, organize and analyze data and recommendations for clear communication

- Create data models and automate data collection to update plans and inform strategy

- Conduct analyses to forecast and work with business units to create strategic plans, including implementation plans

- Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans

Minimum qualifications :

- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience

- Experience at a management consulting firm, corporate strategy organization or technology-focused investment bank.

- Strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.

- Data Modeling and presentation skills
